Al Queda Qu’aida Qaeda Qa’ida Kaeda - Though lacking consensus about spelling or pronunciation, CONspiracy media make countless repeated references to al Qaeda, keeping the supposed scourge in plain public view. Even Amy Goodman invariably pronounces it “al kchaEEduh”, with an initial sound like hocking a lougie to make this imaginary term sound Arabic in origin.
The term was originally coined during the Soviet Afghan war to refer to a database of mujahedeen mercenaries paid by the U.S. to combat Soviet colonialism. Despite overwhelming air support and firepower, Soviet Russia was only the latest empire to break its back in the desert mountains of Afghanistan. By 1989 the Soviet regime was exhausted, sectarian extremists became the de facto government in Afghanistan, and the Islamic community was designated the new enemy of freedom. Mujahedeen funding was terminated, which inculcated resentment against their erstwhile employers. Repeated oppression of Muslim peoples everywhere by corporate/government alienated Islam, sparking resistance worldwide. It was only a baby step to associating al Qaeda with any militant group of Muslims. Today al Qaeda is used the way “communist” was used sixty years ago, “anarchist” one hundred twenty years ago, and “rebel” two hundred forty years ago as a sobriquet for any person, group or country unwilling to borrow money from the international banking cartel, or obey orders from globalist military occupation.
Americans are programmed to believe al Qaeda is a multi tentacled, international, hierarchic, quasi military infrastructure of global reach masterminded by Osama bin Laden, known to Donald Rumsfeld and the “intelligence” community as Tim Osmansince he carried water for the CIA against the Soviets, and that after his staged “assassination” in 2012 it transformed into a headless, but even more dangerous body fired to vengefulness by the White House proclamation of the execution of its leader.
Whistleblowers from the intel community have insisted repeatedly there is no such global organization called al Qaeda. Al Qaeda is simply a convenient slur for anything swarthy and objectionable. Hillary Clinton made an offhand on mic remark about “creating al Qaeda”. Is disinformation? Or is THAT disinformation?
Rather than try to prove anyone’s membership in a phantom terror structure conjured by fearmongers to alarm the public, the CONspiracy paints any individual not squarely in step with corporate globalism in al Qaeda colors by characterizing any militia, revolutionary or advocacy group, whether violent or non violent, and even white, suburban Americans as:
Al Qaeda – Like, in that they appear to conspirators to hate freedom
Al Qaeda – Linked, because a friend texted someone in Palestine
Al Qaeda – Style, by affecting the opaque tactic of being ordinary citizens
Al Qaeda – Affiliates, like a global confab of arcane guild members
Al Qaeda – Aligned, as if in rank on a global parade ground marching eyes right
Al Qaeda – Associates, as if they were legal partners with professional jihadis
Al Qaeda – Inspired, as suicide bombing is inspirational, like being nailed to a board
Al Qaeda – Supporter, for donating to medical relief for the children of Gaza
Al Qaeda – Spin offs, like a new product line
Al Qaeda – Types, for fitting the profile of sectarian, tribal, outraged, indomitable
Al Qaeda – Franchises, like independently owned fast food chain restaurants
Al Qaeda – Branches, as if it had offices everywhere
Al Qaeda – Subsidiaries, like an umbrella organization for any fringe group
Al Qaeda – Sympathizers, because terrorists are bad, but cute
Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula or AQAP
Al Qaeda in the Islamist Magreb or AQIM
White Al Qaeda, to identify European Christian converts to Islamism, or survivalism.
It is said rebels fighting in Libya raised the “al Qaeda flag”. Does anyone know what it looks like? Is it just a black banner? Or is it hyperbole?
Is it terrorism to foreclose on working people’s homes? Is it terrorism to bomb wedding parties with drones? No because that doesn’t frighten powerful men. Terrorism is not foreclosure but disclosure. They are deaf to sobbing, but fearful of mobbing. The People is what frightens them.
Oddly, in recent years, the U.S. has found a renewed need for recourse to al Qaeda mercenaries, notably in Libya and Syria and doubtless dozens of other places as a foil against regimes the banksters consider “unfriendly” for managing their own currencies. Al Qaeda transformed into ISIS/ISIL, which now looms so awesome even Al Qaeda seems quaint in comparison. Almost as soon as it became common knowledge the U.S. was financing and supplying ISIS, Russia began airstrikes against ISIS positions, outraging the U.S. state department, which had been successfully maintaining a military quagmire in the region for over a decade. Now ISIS cells are alleged to be sleeping in the U.S. just waiting for the order from terror central command to blow themselves up in the mall. It shouldn’t seem odd to patriotic citizens that ISIS is said to attack the U.S. but never Israel, which is much more conveniently located right next door.

The entire world is aghast following the revelation of suicides at the concentration camp and torture clinic at Guantanamo in U.S. Cuba. Aghast not at the suicides themselves, except perhaps a dazed sense of wonder that such an incident could have been forestalled at the fiendish institution for five years, but rather at how offended the fiends were by the prisoners' act and the fatuous, self serving condemnation of the pathetic victims by their tormenters. Instead of contrition for the brutal treatment and harsh conditions that led to the deaths, or the lack of discipline that allowed them, professional sadists in the employ of the Bush administration expressed outrage at the suicides, calling them an act of asymmetric warfare, intended to embarrass "coalition forces". Those darn detainees!
Asymmetric warfare? That DOES sound scary! The U.S. would NEVER do that! That is what rag headed criminals do when offered freedom and democracy by the greatest nation on Earth. The U.S. sent the best equipped elite fighting force the world has ever known to help the backward Iraqis enter the twenty first century by returning their country to stone-age conditions. Instead of standing up and fighting like men, insurgents hide behind the burkas of their women in the hope that staggering civilian casualties will turn world opinion against modern knights in body armor crusading through the cradle of civilization. Little currency has been achieved by the fact that Sunni Ba'athists in Sadaam's military were wooed by American promises into ordering their troops to surrender rather than oppose U.S. forces invading Iraq, and are now being hunted like dogs as holdouts of the old regime.
Asymmetric warfare is the newly coined term for guerrilla war, waged successfully against the U.S. military most conspicuously in Viet Nam and coincidentally by American patriots at Lexington who, like the Vietnamese, were reluctant to be colonials. When Iraqi forces abandoned their outclassed soviet era tanks and melted into the population they were running away to fight another day rather than immolate themselves upon the unstoppable juggernaut of the U.S. military. That may have seemed like a dirty trick to soldiers indoctrinated with the nobility of a stand up fight against a uniformed enemy, but it was the only tactic available to second stringers besieged in their own country by the global behemoth of U.S. power. In May 2003, the pResident announced combat was over, the mission accomplished; corporate media crowed We can drive anywhere in Baghdad!!
But can we park there?
Asymmetry is two sides out of balance. Much as the rulers of the free world curse insurgents for their resort to asymmetric warfare, the United States regularly depends upon asymmetric warfare for victory, won from such formidable adversaries as Panama or Grenada where application of overwhelming military force assured relatively pain free conquests of inoffensive people. The U.S. would never launch an attack on a modern industrial nation capable of defending itself, like France, or Russia, or even insignificant North Korea with its handful of thermonuclear weapons. No, that would be a little too symmetrical. It is a safer bet to invade backwards nations lacking modern military establishments and preferably previously weakened by decades of sanctions. It is the U.S. that is electing to wage asymmetric warfare in Iraq and elsewhere. If the U.S. cared about symmetry in warfare, tanks, planes, missiles, radar and computers could be sold to insurgents who would be more than happy to take a break from digging roadside mines to indulge in the stimulating high tech fun of virtual warfare.
As troublesome as asymmetric warfare may be for symmetry fanatics, asymmetry is the rule in many aspects of 21st century civilization. There is the asymmetry of the world's million superrich and it's 3 billion superpoor. The asymmetry of analysis based scientific inquiry and faith based fundamentalist ignorance fuels sectarian violence everywhere. Ignorance is the inevitable result of the asymmetry between knowledge and the information available to the public through the filter of corporate media. Environmental destruction is the result of asymmetry between overarching corporate greed and the utter defenselessness of natural ecosystems. There is executive asymmetry between the Bush administration's practice of spying on citizens, and its policy of classifying all information about its own activities. Legal asymmetry between the draconian new regulations promulgated by the neoCONs, including the infamous USA PATRIOT ACT, and the Rovian presidential preference for signing statements claiming exemption from applicable law undermines the rule of law. Democratic asymmetry exists between a congress who overwhelmingly want war and a people who overwhelmingly want war to end. There is scandalous asymmetry between the noble things leaders say and the ignoble things they do. Asymmetry is a lame excuse for asininity.

Amazing how events unfold as foretold. In the movie Paycheck, a future prediction of warfare and collapse cannot be avoided. So too, current events seem uncannily scripted.
As seen in foreign war zones far from American suburbia, heavily armed troops in armored vehicles are patrolling residential streets, firing gas and rounds at anything that moves. Not the streets of Afghanistan, Iraq, or Ukraine, but Missouri, USA.
Media pundits and government sources frantically deploy their stock meme - that“unrest” in Ferguson is a flare up of racial tension. Ho hum! America has featured racial tension for centuries. The U.S. president, poster boy for racial ambiguity, while affirming Americans’ right to assemble peaceably to petition for redress, nevertheless characterizes anyone who “clashes” with police as a criminal.
What neither he, nor the pundits are mentioning is that “unrest” in Ferguson has little to do with race, but rather is a clarion of the growing grumble from oppressed people of any race. As long as revolt can be framed as racial, it is divisive. As soon as people across the country realize official oppression is available for citizens of any race, hundreds of millions will find common cause against the central banking conspiracy.
In the meantime however, the military industrial complex will respond to protest with the only therapy it knows – mechanized violence. People running in the streets is a sure sign of a failed state; keeping people out of sight is stability to government, even if it means terrorizing and murdering to keep them indoors.
In a true takes-one-to-know-one moment, President Obomba says the Islamic State is savage, that they kill indiscriminately for no apparent reason. Oh, there’s a reason all right. It’s the same reason the U.S. government kills indiscriminately – to terrorize the people into submission. Ferguson, Missouri is only the opening act of application of war methods domestically. Just as the use of overwhelming force has created a fierce resistance in the occupied Levant, soon armed resistance will become the only recourse left to citizens of occupied America wishing to preserve their communities, their freedoms, their lives.

The United States invaded and occupied Afghanistan with the avowed purpose of ferreting out Osama bin Laden, alleged 9/11 mastermind, with an ancillary rationale of protecting Afghan womanhood from their men. That Osama died shortly after 9/11 was absent from the narrative, and patrist structuring whether corporate or sectarian has no regard for women’s rights - except as a political football. The prize in Afghanistan was, and remains vast un-tapped mineral resources, fuel pipeline routes, and most important opium - which Afghanistan produces 90% of the world supply. That supply was nearly eradicated by the Taliban after ousting Soviet occupiers, provoking the US to terminate substantial military support for al Queda, and initiate hostilities.
Military geniuses bemoan the “loss” of Afghanistan, the expenditure of $trillions and the waste of thousands of servicemen’s lives in what is now called “America’s longest war” (it will never be called America’s stupidest war because all war is equally stupid). No doubt they would prefer to continue the fight in endless pursuit of the elusive butterfly of “victory” over local peoples. But they are crying in their beer. All that money did not disappear – it was deposited into the coffers of arms and drug dealers in a global policy of centralization of wealth. Soldiers’ lives were not “wasted” – their calculated sacrifice was in noble defense of banking and extraction cartels by keeping war burning for decades. They are shocked at the speed with which Taliban reasserted control over their country once US troops were withdrawn and spiritless government conscripts dropped their weapons and fled. Conspirators indignantly deny any parallel to the 1975 “fall” of the Saigon government while desperate Afghani refugees plummet to their deaths from departing aircraft. Afghanistan is not “lost” because the US never had Afghanistan, only occupied the beleaguered nation, propping up its corrupt administration with troops and cash, just as in Viet Nam.
Taliban soldiers, now called “fighters” rather than “terrorists” out of mutual respect for usurpers of power, put their feet up on the departed president’s desk and promise there will be no reprisals, women will be protected by Sharia law, and opium cultivation will cease. In a show of commitment to minions worldwide, the US regime feigns moral obligation to facilitate escape of its “translators” - otherwise known to the Afghani population as collaborators, spies and torturers who betrayed their neighbors for 30 pieces of silver. First World powers openly despise the smug victors of asymmetric warfare as Muslim nations in the region publicly congratulate insurgents for successfully defying imperial forces. Is it all just a contest of will for domination?
From Alexander the Great to Great Britain, from the Soviet Union to the United States, historically Afghanistan has been the graveyard of empires that broke their backs, and exchequers attempting to subjugate proud, fierce, willful Afghanis in their rugged homeland. As it has for all comers, will the failed adventure in Afghanistan ring the death knell for US imperialism?

Now it is the turn of Globalist Empire to cleanse the Levant of its ancestral ethnicities. Can 21st Century technology finally bring a solution to the Palestinian problem? 2 US Navy carrier groups import mass violence to the beleaguered terrorist prisoners of Gaza, professedly to avert war with regional Islamic states. Even Muslim populations would be too overwhelmed with their own problems to seek retribution for their co-religionists. With the festering internal cancer of an independent Palestine excised forever, an Even Greater Israel may continue to expand to its natural borders in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan.

Better late than never department – German Leopard tanks, Bradley fighting vehicles, and other allied armor arrived in Moscow in culmination of Operation Barbarossa.2. Reenacting the triumphal return of Cesar to Rome with the spoils of war against barbarians, allied war vehicles, paid for by complacent, compliant, complicit taxpayers, and destroyed by superior Russian forces, were paraded in Red Square for the world to see the futility of attempts to wipe Russia off the map. For over 200 years it has been the avowed intent of western power to destroy Russia. Czarist, communist, or capitalist, Russia is cast as the intolerable presence including US, EU and NATO policy. In cartoons, novels, movies, TV Russians are portrayed as hopelessly backward, eminently treacherous, and unremittingly bellicose. The 2022 grand opening of the Ukraine theatre is the fourth organized military effort by the West to overthrow Russia, annex its vast territory, and confiscate immense mineral wealth. There is little reason for hope this renewed wave of aggression toward Russia will end differently than previous attempts, no matter how much hardware and treasure are poured through the illicit Zelensky regime of sex slavers, arms merchants, and drug dealers. As for the people of Ukraine - it is just tough shit, as it is for people in Philippines, Japan, China, Korea, Viet Nam, Guatemala, Grenada, Nicaragua, Bosnia, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Texas, and 100 other lands where they found themselves in the path of the juggernaut. Their lives simply do not factor in to the cold calculus of hot war.
Military elites advocate all-out violence as the only way to end war, by defeating, displacing and destroying populations residing in coveted zip-codes. Progressive elites advocate for civilian and cultural casualties of war by cheerleading total triumph over racist and sexist acculturation. Corporate elites support all sides in conflict to expand and prolong war until nations are drained, decimated, deeply in debt to global banksters. Ideally war waged between evenly matched opponents may be perpetuated for decades, even centuries by dependable delivery of arms, supplies and credit to all belligerents. For elites, respectful dialog, honest trade and equal rights are anathema.
Demolition of Nord Stream pipelines by the US is an act of war - but against whom? Russia? Germany? All Europe? No. It is an act of war against the whole world, a ratchet of state-sponsored terrorism, an assault on civilization itself. No longer does war require a target enemy. War has become a self-propelled economic phenomenon, a robotic machination feeding off war’s spoils. War Inc. pursues its own agenda without regard for national priorities, or people’s aspiration for Peace. That agenda: maintaining a global state of permanent war.
It is said war is the health of the nation, but global digitized feudalism transcends war between nations. In the 21st century, nations themselves are victims of global governance that supersedes all representational structuring with interlocking directorshipsdictatorships of self-anointed corporate OverWarLords. Today war is the apocalyptic struggle between those few elites who want war, who invest in war, who love war, and these multitudes who love Peace. The real aim of war is preventing Peace.

For almost four million years, as recent finds at Olduvai attest, people lived in peace with one another and in harmony with nature. We didn't hurt our children, oppress one another, or destroy our beautiful Gaia. Yet we prospered. We learned about all our precious planet has to offer us for our growth and happiness: the use of plants, the wisdom of animals, the story of the stars. We learned about ourselves too; we learned to love. To love is our nature, evolved over millions of years.
That was easy in Paradise (paradeizia, Persian for garden. -ed.), but then a few hundred generations ago came the Great Dryness, Eden became desert, it was hard times. The weak perished, and the men were strong. Their aggressiveness prevailed in times of want, fighting became the way of survival, men dominated. They began to hurt our babies and murder our elders. Men enslaved women to ensure paternity, and made a crime out of love and pleasure. Men created a caste system in which a few were elevated over all others. Men organized human energies for building temples to their prurient gods and for waging war. Men destroyed the natural balance of life on Earth. Men denied human nature. Violence and warfare are not human nature - they are human culture, a manifestation of adherence to programmed values, evolved over thousands of years.
History is only that recent - about ten thousand years. The earliest archeological evidence of organized violence is Jericho c. 8000 BCE. It is evident in a "destruction layer" of widespread ash and human bones. Even then, the phenomenon is sporadic until c. 4000 BCE, when such evidence of warfare becomes common and geographically dispersed. There is no evidence predating the Jericho strata of war or child abuse: no remains of fortification or weaponry, no human fossils indicating child mutilation (eg. - cranial deformation, foot binding), no destruction layers. It is inconceivable that prehistoric communities could have waged war and left no evidence of the mayhem.
Prehistory has been depicted as a Darwinian monkey house populated with savage primitives, brutish, uncouth, semi beasts who attack women and drag them to their caves by the hair. No such thing! Caveman imagery is a cheap patrist myth! It took millions of years for us to learn to communicate, create art, grow food, treat illness, handle animals, read the heavens, know our spirits. These are the true skills that we all rely upon every day of our lives. Matrist mythology is who we are.
History didn't just appear out of nowhere, it is the usurpation of millions of years of herstory. Herstory, so discredited in patrist structuring that it isn't even an acknowledged English word, is the unrecorded story, eons old, of our prehistoric life in matrist structuring. These behaviors are still extant in the remaining few hundred aboriginals in remote areas of South America and the Far East. They have no word for war, and no taboos about sex! But don't worry, they are being introduced to private property and punishment as you read this.
Matrism doesn't mean women rule, but that society is as a woman: soft, nurturing, loving. Matrist structuring is the largest part of our being. It could be the human spirit, oral tradition, racial memory, holy ghost, collective unconscious; it is the divine light that shines in us all. Truth, beauty and love are our HERitage. Falsehood, destruction and murder are our history. Luckily it has only been a few thousand years, and though it brought us dishwashers, the price in suffering and waste is too high. History is only a veneer, the thinnest of coverings applied to the core of our souls as co-operative, loving beings. It can be cracked off and shed just as the butterfly sheds its covering to emerge beautiful, free.
Now that modern technology has extracted great abundance from the desert, we could revert to matrist structuring, but the patrists demand history. Traumatizing everyone with violence, from violent birth in hospitals, violent life in ghettoes, to violent death in endless warfare results in emotional armoring. The patrists support their structure by substituting aridity of the soul for aridity of the environment. The old adage Violence begets violence is literally true - violence creates a dispensation in which more violence is the obvious, sole and inevitable recourse.
Could it really be human nature to wage war? When questioned about scientific evidence for violence and war in humans, two of the greatest names in human science, both men, gave similar answers. Sigmund Freud stated there is no psychological basis for warfare. He suggested looking instead to history. B.F. Skinner stated there is no behaviorological basis for warfare. He too suggested looking to history. His story is the record of war, and we are all enjoined to look at history to know ourselves - but no further.
Let's face it, history has failed. Patrist structuring is not a paradigm for human growth and happiness. It may not even be a paradigm for human survival. No one could ever say we didn't try it - we were game! But it sucks, let's turn it off.

The Holocaust was a conspiracy theory. During the 1930s, reports trickling out of Germany revealed that Jews and other ethnic and political minorities were being systematically rounded up, deprived of property and possessions, and sent to concentration camps for extermination by the state. Deep in Depression, corporate/government had common cause with the economic miracle of the Third Reich, were thus hesitant to give credence to any such theories of organized crimes. Even as fanatical fascists frantically destroyed evidence of mass murder, and escapees gave first-hand accounts of the horror, it was simply ridiculous to assert a modern, sophisticated, industrial nation of global influence would employ mass media and mechanized transport to carry out institutionalized barbarism on a scale that would have appalled the most bloodthirsty Saracen, conscienceless Vandal, or monomaniacal Zealot.
Appalled hardly conveys the revulsion of liberators at grisly scenes that were stark testimony to the utter depravity of the Nazi regime’s conspiracy to cleanse Europe, and ultimately the world, of non-Aryans. Local residents frog-marched to view ghastly sites maintained innocence and ignorance of their government’s operations, though the odor of cremation was palpable. As late as 1945 the world remained reluctant to recognize the full truth of the pogrom. Still today, there are those who insist the murder of millions by Hitler’s minions is just a conspiracy “theory”, as if that somehow exculpates the conspiracy itself. They weren’t all bad, most were diligent, honest, stand-up guys, but they were caught up in the Conspiracy Of Normalcy. What loyal citizen could refuse the call to follow the Leader? That is the cold, hard logic of the CON. Bad things do happen to good people. But it is also true Good people make bad things happen.
Many aver it can’t be conspiracy because too many people are involved. That sounds plausible on its face - how could so many people be CONned at once? But that is the very nature of the CON: the more people are involved, the harder it is NOT to be involved. 21st century instantaneous digital media enable a globalized CON of literally billions of Normals, Pinks, NeuroTypicals all striving to be as alike as each other. Billions shift blindly to the right, the few retaining vision are left. Are all that is left. What grisly scenes await when it turns out the CONspiracy is not just a conspiracy theory?

That Osama died shortly after 9/11 was absent from the narrative, and patrist structuring whether corporate or sectarian has no regard for women’s rights - except as a political football. The prize in Afghanistan was, and remains vast un-tapped mineral resources, fuel pipeline routes, and most important opium - which Afghanistan produces 90% of the world supply. That supply was nearly eradicated by the Taliban after ousting Soviet occupiers, provoking the US to terminate substantial military support for al Queda, and initiate hostilities.
Military geniuses bemoan the “loss” of Afghanistan, the expenditure of $trillions and the waste of thousands of servicemen’s lives in what is now called “America’s longest war” (it will never be called America’s stupidest war because all war is equally stupid). No doubt they would prefer to continue the fight in endless pursuit of the elusive butterfly of “victory” over local peoples. But they are crying in their beer. All that money did not disappear – it was deposited into the coffers of arms and drug dealers in a global policy of centralization of wealth. Soldiers’ lives were not “wasted” – their calculated sacrifice was in noble defense of banking and extraction cartels by keeping war burning for decades. They are shocked at the speed with which Taliban reasserted control over their country once US troops were withdrawn and spiritless government conscripts dropped their weapons and fled. Conspirators indignantly deny any parallel to the 1975 “fall” of the Saigon government while desperate Afghani refugees plummet to their deaths from departing aircraft. Afghanistan is not “lost” because the US never had Afghanistan, only occupied the beleaguered nation, propping up its corrupt administration with troops and cash, just as in Viet Nam.
Taliban soldiers, now called “fighters” rather than “terrorists” out of mutual respect for usurpers of power, put their feet up on the departed president’s desk and promise there will be no reprisals, women will be protected by Sharia law, and opium cultivation will cease. In a show of commitment to minions worldwide, the US regime feigns moral obligation to facilitate escape of its “translators” - otherwise known to the Afghani population as collaborators, spies and torturers who betrayed their neighbors for 30 pieces of silver. First World powers openly despise the smug victors of asymmetric warfare as Muslim nations in the region publicly congratulate insurgents for successfully defying imperial forces. Is it all just a contest of will for domination?
From Alexander the Great to Great Britain, from the Soviet Union to the United States, historically Afghanistan has been the graveyard of empires that broke their backs, and exchequers attempting to subjugate proud, fierce, willful Afghanis in their rugged homeland. As it has for all comers, will the failed adventure in Afghanistan ring the death knell for US imperialism?

A hundred years ago they were anarchists. Fifty years ago they were communists. Just recently they were terrorists, and today, violent extremists. Of course 230 years ago they were simply rebel dogs. Who are all these people anyway??
Anarchists are perennial favorites. Invariably depicted as heavily bearded men garbed entirely in black brandishing an old fashioned grenade with a sparkling lit fuse, the stereotype was the bugaboo of royalty everywhere. It was felt by the elite of Europe that anyone dissatisfied with a system that provided them lavish court functions, immense wealth, consummate authority and a life of idle leisure must be utterly nihilistic if not starkly mad. The image of a dark, unkempt, armed individual as the face of anarchism was promulgated to export the threat posed to princes onto common folk. If people had been fooled into feeling frightened of their brothers and neighbors who wanted nothing more than to be free from the aristocracy's tyrannical behavior, those royal houses would still be ruling Europe and its colonies openly.
The rise of communism in the nineteenth century and its political successes in the twentieth gave the ruling class a new boogeyman with which to scare their children. No longer a lone fanatic with a single weapon, the new enemy, albeit equally fanatical, was now numerous, organized, atheistic, soulless. Communism provided a much enhanced form of external threat with which to cow the masses because not only did it threaten military conflict, but also an alternative to the dog eat dog economy of profit driven monopoly capitalism. For the first time, a burgeoning middle class in the industrialized world was permitted to join the aristocracy in having something to lose in the event of social revolution. Millions of newly motorized suburbanites marginalized stalwarts of workers collectives, co-operatives and community councils. Classic carve and conquer. For nearly a century most Americans dreaded and demonized "communists", and murdered them gleefully at home and abroad, eventhough they were doing nothing more than defending themselves against economic exploitation and outright aggression. History overcame communism; since the collapse of the Soviet Union and the co-optation of China, communism no longer poses a threat to free market consumerism.
Eventually people began to recognize anarchists as isolated, impotent hotheads, communists as organized workers, and the apparent risk they pose to everyone's life began to pale. By the end of the twentieth century, America's Brobdingnabian military foreclosed any possibility another nation might try aggression, and there was talk of a probable peace dividend. Since the globalist economy is driven by indebtedness and inflation, that could not be allowed to happen. Fortunately fortress America came under attack - not invasions of uniformed troops from another nation, but sneak attacks from within. The nation had seen bombings and hijackings and kidnappings galore, but they had always been treated merely as crimes, motivated by the perpetrator's greed. That fit the globalist model - no hazard to capital accumulation and crowd control. Today the same bombings, hijackings and kidnappings have been elevated to the status of terrorism because it is said the often suicidal perpetrators are motivated by the desire to frighten society into altering policy. Even the most abject of the nation's poor do not wish their communities to be held hostage by psychopathic thugs armed with weapons of mass destruction, giving them common cause with the aristocracy, and the bourgeois against this universal enemy.
Ubiquitous yet elusive, primitive but high tech, the terrorist is the perfect monster, conjoining the qualities of anarchist and communist. Like anarchists, terrorists are heedless of consequences to themselves or others, and like communists they are numerous and well organized. Funded by criminals, they aren't workers - they have nothing better to do than sit around terrorist training camps recruiting new martyrs, enrolling in flight instruction classes and placing thermite cutter charges on the support columns of important structures. Often they have the added benefit of being state supported, allowing plausible violations of sovereignty in their suppression, while at the same time decentralized, allowing plausible terror suppression tactics at any location. When thousands of Americans had died in bombed buildings it seemed terrorists really did threaten everyone. Would a mushroom cloud be next?
The nation mobilized against terrorism. The nation mobilized the world against terrorism. Invading Afghanistan and Iraq, the U.S. established the "frontline" against terrorism. In the tortuous logic of empire, the occupation created an attractive environment for terrorists who could then be "pinned down" on the insatiable sands by overwhelming American arms superiority, keeping them from waging jihad on the streets of Topeka. Although initially the war on terror seemed lost because the terrorists actually had frightened society into altering policy from democracy to authoritarianism, this was palpable success in the enduring freedom campaign. Insurgents were being contained in their countries of origin by the robust coalition and its force multipliers. Still, there is something a little hollow about talk of "successes" years after the mission was declared accomplished. Bloodiest fighting since war's end would have been nonsense in any other conflict, but in Iraq it's true. The war on terror was so successful the resident decided it should "surge" (not "insurge" - those folks are already there..) tens of thousands more troops into the quagmire. More is better! The more troops arrived in Iraq, the more insurgents turned up! Regular troops and hired gunslingers really stepped on the gas, running over and gunning down nearly anything that moved. Before long everybody who wasn't wearing chocolate chips riding in an armored HMV was a terrorist. That's progress in the war on terror. The frontline in the war on terror in Afghanistan and Iraq had attracted all the terrorists, and those were busy training more! One foreign-born presidential candidate gloated that U.S. forces would be in the region for 100 years! Goal!
The war on terror was a little too successful. Despite embedding of the American press corps and a campaign of murder against foreign correspondents, news of the success of the war on terror began to filter back to the electorate. At first eager to kick butt after the humiliation of numerous attacks on U.S. soil, Americans increasingly came to the realization that the war on terror was a hoax. Lawlessness of U.S. forces provoked outraged responses and Americans began to see "insurgents" as ordinary folks not too different from themselves. The mounting toll of those killed, combatants and civilians alike, the crimes and cover-ups of the occupying forces, the litany of lies from upper echelon conspirators began to erode the facade erected to glorify an otherwise contemptible war of conquest. Even putty-brained Prozac poppers were becoming repulsed by vignettes of the war's pathetic victims peripatetic in pulverized villages. Approval polls plummeted. Protest parades proliferated. Politicians proposed a pull out! Gulp!
Things weren't going so well for terrorists on the home front either. In the name of national security more lists were being made up of "potential" terrorists, their families, telephone and eMail contacts, and anyone with similar sounding names. The FBI has been working overtime compiling these lists, adding as many as 20,000 names per month until nearly a million identities are "watch listed". Practically anyone who ever made a public criticism of the Bush/Clinton dynasty is included. People whose names appear on the terror watch list are hasseledwhenever they travel. Yousouf Islam (form. Cat Stevens) and Ted Kennedy are well known individuals subjected to enhanced scrutiny, plus countless ordinary folks including pregnant moms and even infants in arms because their names appeared on the list which ignored middle initials. Even Americans not attempting to pass a security checkpoint were treated as if they were terrorists for the slightest infractions, such as mouthing off to a cop, or skateboarding in the mall or in one case in Alabama a schoolgirl was detained as a terrorist over a dropped piece of cake. A recent police riot at a school in Miami is more icing. It turns out a terrorist can be anyone who scares a cop, by asking him to stop.
Terrorists are disappointing. Whereas once they were fiendish masterminds plotting chaos and mayhem, now they are street punks, pot growers and protesters who wouldn't hurt a fly. Remember Hogan's Heroes? People used to fear a NAZI prison camp, but by the 1960's Sturmarbeitlung stalag guards had become strudel eating slugs and their implacable commandant a preposterous poofter. Even the direst of threats becomes normalized in a generation. What's scary today is silly tomorrow. The same thing is happening again: terror is becoming a joke. Soon lovers will croon Oh, you are SUCH a terrorist! Chanel will name a new fragrance Terror. Detroit will christen its newest junk wagon the Terrorado; motto - It's a bomb! Saturday morning TV will feature cute Tom and Jerry digital cartoons of the world's greatest man made disasters with voiceovers by Eddie Murphy and Jim Carey while Alan Arkin runs through town yelling The terrorists are coming! The terrorists are coming! Everyone to get from street! Historical revisionism is lots of fun! Kids of all ages'll love it!
Okay. Okay. Okay. There are terrorists and then there are terrorists. The absolute worst terrorist is al Qaeda. Al Qaeda (Arab - the "base", for database) was originally conceived by the CIA during the Cold War as a list of Central Asian assets against the then evil empire of the Soviet Union. These nationalist partisans approximately fit the bill for a proxy war against a Soviet hernia of hegemony in Afghanistan. With funds, training and weapons furnished by the U.S. and secure undisclosed locations installed by bin Laden Construction in their Tora Bora fastnesses, these mujahadeen were the first listed terrorists. At the time they terrorized mostly Russian invaders and their stooges in Kabul. Unfortunately they prevailed against the Soviet incursion and reclaimed their country where they joined with religious fanatics and launched a sectarian totalitarian state rather than an outpost of neo colonialism. Funds and training stopped forthwith but the weapons were still there and were being turned against anyone anticipating exploiting Afghanistan, including global corporations eyeing Afghan territory as a route for fuel shipments to emerging markets in the Far East, and pit mine of vast predicted mineral wealth. Once free market security forces came under fire, disbanded former al Qaeda freedom fighters swiftly became the dreaded al Qaeda terrorist network that threatens civilization today.
While "terrorist" had become too generalized a threat to instill instinctive fear, al Qaeda was too rarified. It included only the so-called known knowns already on the list, and it is hard to make people in Peoria afraid of people in Peshawar. So the list was expanded by including al Qaeda linked terrorist organizations spun off like little sausages by erstwhile listees in the region or in your town, al Qaeda affiliated terrorist organizations which have successfully compleated a correspondence course for terrorist accreditation, al Qaeda type terrorists whose persons correspond statistically to biometric indices of listees, and al Qaeda-like terrorists who are not on the terror watch list yet behave as if they were by being detained but never charged, punished though never convicted. Most recently al Qaeda style terrorists have burgeoned the terrorist pantheon with their debut. Affecting the dress and mannerisms of the original al Qaeda band, these terrorists perform acts of terror by donning robes and burnooses shocking and awful to suburban shoppers raised on strict observance of dress codes. A one time Maine gubernatorial candidate did so on Halloween, and almost got himself gunned down by security conscious peace officers. Now al Qaeda, through simple overuse has become another joke. It is even said kay-dais a phonetic transliteration of Arab slang for toilet. HaHaHaHaHaHaHa! (waddlelike a penguin)
Oh well.. What's next? Oh yeah! Violent extremists! Yow! Now THAT's scary! Could be ANYone! Why, 'member that time you'n me'n Billy Joe.. that was like so fckin extrEEme dude! Violence is deeply ingrained into the American psyche and plenty of Americans have conserved enough rugged individualism to feel a surge of pride in being extreme. When W starts talking about getting violent extremists you can bet he'll be sweeping with the broadest of brooms. Activists are the worst kind of violent extremists: environmental activists, activist judges, peace activists. Well funded, organized, motivated, these homegrown radicals have an agenda. These are the most dangerous terrorists of all - they don't want to blow things up, they want to blow things out.. of all proportion. Acting as if climate shift, due process and endless war are more important than televised electoral horse races, these extreme extremists if you will, are the gravest threat consumerist suburbia faces today because they are everywhere, in every country, every town, every home. Activists are desperately dedicated to destabilizing imperial culture and resorting to reason, righteousness and the rule of law. Numbers dwindling, increasingly paranoid passivists will have no choice but to obey, and shoot to kill activists on sight when the Decider calls an Infragard alert, to preserve his way of life.

Both Kyiv and Mockba have indicated willingness to negotiate an end to hostilities, but NATO western allies refuse to allow it, instead vowing to continue the war to victory, “at any cost”, “for as long as it takes” by providing troops, weapons and data. With careful planning, zealous execution, and bottomless funding, hopefully that could take as long as forever.
A war-weary world is utterly in the thrall of monomaniacal warmongers goaded by personal hatred for individual Russians - and Chinese – and profound fear of attenuation of Anglo-American corporate/government hegemony. Complicit media whitewash the war by demonizing foreign leaders, cheering belligerent policy makers holding stock in Raytheon (and whose peccadilloes are on file in Langley), and avoiding portrayal, reference, or access to war critics, war veterans, and war protesters. Media-generated fake consensus for the war bewitched the formerly anti-war liberal left into underwriting military adventurism of Neo-Nazis giddily reenacting the glory days of Operation Barbarossa.
Kidding themselves about “humanitarian” violence to succor beleaguered Ukrainians, the war party conveniently conceals the WWII.2 motivation for war – distracting attention from, and bailing out the corrupt and collapsing criminal banking pyramid. Just as the war was the sole solution to the Great Depression of 1933, after 90 years again the war is the sole solution to the Great Recession of 2023. Financial crises and resultant warfare have the persistent effect of concentrating wealth in fewer and fewer hands. Thousands of businesses close, robots take over mass production, millions are out of work, while top conspirators and arms dealers raking in billions of warbucks enjoy the high life, living like Saudi princes - buying yachts, buying women, buying real estate, buying government.
All empires follow the same pattern of boom and bust, bubble and deflate, growth and decline, conquest and defeat: Afghanistan is not Greek. Holland is not Spanish. Hawaii is not Japanese. Poland is not German. In decline, empires call on German militarism as a weapon of last resort. German mercenaries fought for George III; today New England is not England. German mercenaries fought for Bonaparte; today Dansk is not France. Today German mercenaries fight for Zelensky. Will Ukraine be germane?

In modern times, civilian casualties are significantly higher than combatants as the range and power of weapons make them indiscriminate in use. Or is that just an excuse? To say war “broke out” resulting in “collateral” casualties excuses murder as if a natural fact rather than a conscious act.
In C21 civilians are specifically targeted for destruction by remote control as part of an overall strategy of terminating as many human beings as humanly possible, for a Greener Earth Prime. As millions are ground under the implacable tread of the depopulation juggernaut, it is comforting to be complacent when not confronted by its leading edge. As repugnant, abhorrent, heinous as is mass murder, his story is eternal extirpation of non-persons from desirable territory.
Special note: Collateral damage of naval warfare - Salamis, Lepanto, Armada, Trafalgar, Jutland, Midway, Falklands: naval combat is held in deep water where only casualties are participants. Civilian infrastructure is spared as costly war engines plunge to the abyss.
On the sea, “she” refers to another vessel’s maneuver, and “he” to the intentions of her captain. It is a typical human tendency to personify evolutions of structures. That Russia, or the United States committed an act of war is semantically ludicrous, because an association cannot act. Likewise, to say Pyewtin or Bidden went to war is nonsense as neither left their office while militaries did the killing. Charles James Kirk, notorious alt-right shock jock, was shot and killed by a sniper’s bullet as he spokeat a public assembly. It is not said he was a drug dealer, pederast or terrorist like authority figurines of corporate/government. No. His crime was much worst. He said things some people do not like to be heard. His words were so inflammatory that anyone listening could be provoked to murder someone, murder him.
Nonsense of course. No matter what content someone hears broadcast, should he pick up a gun and kill another person, that is entirely his own crime, not to be blamed on radical rhetoric of a reactionary. The very notion that any 1A protected speech, however objectionable, is illicit because a listener was inspired to mayhem is anathema to American principles of freedom and due process.
The US Navy emerged victorious from battle against a tiny outboard motorboat in the Caribbean Sea, interdicting delivery of another load of drugs. Mission accomplished! Though in international waters a thousand miles from the nearest US coastline, the hit is rationalized by the unsubstantiated claim the boat was operated by Tren de Aragua drug carriers intent upon poisoning Americans. Leaving for the moment discussion of the “crime” of delivering intoxicants to willing users, the Chump administration’s claim that interdiction of drug trafficking is part of the drug war and as such, repugnsrule of law is utter nonsense. Sinking of a speedboat and killing its occupants will do nothing whatever to curtail the international drug trade. As top conspirator J.P. Morgan reminds: There are always tworeasons – a good reason, and the real reason.
It seems plausible that drug dealers should be subject to attack anywhere at any time for putting society at risk by poisoning. Who could argue against that? This heinous, but impotent violence was intended not to save American lives, but to conjure a casus belli for invading oil-rich Venezuela,ousting the Maduro administration. As with leaders in all lands coveted by international banksters, Maduro is branded a narco-terrorist by psychopathic government officers, subjecting him to murder himself.
Some say the Kirk killing is not assassination because he was not a politician, and the destruction of a motorboat was not assassination because it is warfare. More nonsense. Both murders were politically motivated and as such are indeed assassinations. Perhaps the victims were not so innocent. Though there is no evidence of criminal activity on their parts, the killings, alt-left or alt-right, are justified because they “deserved it”. Nonetheless, murder on the high seas is piracy, and murder of civilians iswar crime. Vice president Pez does not give a shit what it is called because application of raw power is its own justification.
As long as foreigners are the targets of military violence, Americans may take comfort that they are being protected from terrorism, and pointy-headed progressives may applaud removal of a spewer of hate speech. However, war does have a habit of coming home. The Chump regime recently designated Antifa a “terrorist” organization, opening the door to extra-judicial murder of US citizens on American soil. Inasmuch as tyrants are terrorized by free speech, soon anyone uttering disobliging remarks about the rich and shameless will be tarred with the terrorist brush, and summarily executed without hearing, evidence, or defense.
That is the American Way.
